In addition to accepting Nevada Medicaid (FFS), we utilize a private pay model for several reasons. First, this allows us to work with all children, with or without a formal diagnosis, whereas insurance companies will often only cover ABA services for autism. Second, they dictate what they consider to be medically necessary and routinely deny claims for services that BCBAs and family members deem necessary based on their knowledge of the child. Lastly, this gives us all the flexibility we need to craft individualized sessions, school and community supports, parent trainings, and the like to suit your child's needs, not the needs of insurance companies.

If your child has a documented autism or fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (FASD) diagnosis, a superbill can be provided for ABA services. Superbills are detailed invoices that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement and include codes that insurance companies require for services. In addition, we are in the process of credentialing with select behavioral health insurers in Nevada and may be able to form single case agreements. Contact us today for more information!

Direct (1:1) Session, Intake Assessment, Consultation, Coaching, Caregiver Training: $100/hr

Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA): $1,000 Flat Fee (can be paid in installments)

Includes direct observation, record review, individualized assessment, a formal written report and 3-5 general recommendations based on the function(s) of behavior and the environment.

Behavior Support Plan: Range (full estimate provided following FBA, not to exceed cost of FBA)

Includes the development of an individualized plan for preventing challenging behavior, teaching new skills, and responding to behavior when it does occur. Also consists of data collection methods/trackers, visual supports, and all initial training for implementors in the natural environment (i.e., teachers, parents, others).
